JR Yokohama Tower is a complex directly connected to the west exit of JR Yokohama Station with commercial facilities, a cinema complex, offices, etc. In addition to "NEWoMan Yokohama," "CIAL Yokohama," and "T・JOY Yokohama," the complex comprises a 4-layer atrium, and "Sea-Sky Deck," a rooftop plaza on the 12th floor offering panoramic views of Yokohama Bay and Yokohama Bay Bridge. This is the perfect place for meeting with friends or just taking a relaxed break. JR Yokohama Tower responds to a truly diverse range of needs, including a Tourist Information Counter with staff who know Yokohama inside-out, and a workspace called "STATION SWITCH" that responds to workstyle changes.

A brightly-lit and open atrium spanning four levels that serves as the new face of Yokohama Station. The Atrium serves as the starting point for the pedestrian network to surrounding facilities and a doorway to various locations. The second floor features a ""Live Stage"" roughly 100 m2 for talk shows and other events. Moreover, the concourse and stage spanning the second to fourth floors can be used as a ""city"" lounge to look down on the trains passing back and forth through the station.

A lounge area is available in front of the Tourist Information Counter where visitors can leisurely gather information and make inquiries about potential destinations on the spot. This Counter is certified as a Category 3 Overseas Visitor Tourist Information Service Provider by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and has full-time English-speaking staff as well as Mandarin and Korean language services. Visitors can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a reading area.

A rooftop plaza offering panoramic views of Yokohama Bay and Yokohama Bay Bridge. There are lawns and seasonal trees including sakura trees so visitors can relax surrounded in greenery while taking in the sea breeze.
In addition to an art feature inscribed with the word 'YOKOHAMA,' the plaza has many benches and tables for visitors to enjoy.

STATION SWITCH

A members-only workspace that can be used universally for either personal or private matters. This location features private rooms for corporations as well as booths and an open area for solitary work making it possible to smoothly transition between business mood to private mood suiting the scenario at any given time on any given day.
